Tulum Boutique Hotel

Developed in collaboration with Omerler Architecture, this boutique hotel concept was created as part of a design pitch for a site in Tulum, Mexico.

The proposal draws from the elemental character of the Yucatán, heavy rendered walls, deep arches, natural timber and shaded spaces opening towards water and tropical landscape. Architecture and interiors were conceived as a continuous experience, moving between enclosure and openness, shadow and intense Caribbean light.

The visualisations formed part of the pitch, exploring the atmosphere and material identity of the proposed hotel.
