CEIBA began as an unrealised resort concept in the archive of Ömerler Architecture, the Istanbul practice where I spent my entire architectural career. Many ideas there were drawn and proposed but never went further than concept. I have started returning to some of them, not to rebuild them as they were, but to ask what they could become now. CEIBA is the first of those.
