Rotterdam Hip Hotel

Developed in collaboration with Omerler Architecture, Rotterdam HIP Hotel was conceived as a mixed-use hospitality concept shaped by its relationship with the water and the urban character of Rotterdam.

Working together from the early concept stage, we explored the architecture, public realm and visual identity as a single composition. Stepped volumes, warm red façades and active ground-floor spaces frame a sequence of streets, terraces and waterfront areas, creating a contemporary hotel that feels embedded in the life of the city.
